Which Appointment Should I Book?

It can be hard navigating which appointment you may need! So here is a break down of the appointments I offer at Arbour Square!

New Patients

Ready To Book?  → Start here: Initial Consultation (75 minutes)

This is your first step. We'll gather your health history, review any recent lab work, discuss your goals, and create your personalized care plan together.

Have Questions or Want to Meet first?  → Start here: Complimentary consultation

This is your first chance to learn more about Naturopathic Medicine and to meet Me before diving into a full appointment.

Want to Focus on Personalized Annual Health Check? → Start here: Annual Health Check Up

This is an opportunity to dive into personalized health without committing to a full intake and health assessment. Allows the chance to review personalized list of areas to be reviewing or checking.

Also great if you have not been in to see Me in over a year and would like to check in!

Current Patients

I need a comprehensive visit to review my progress and discuss changes

Book: Extended Follow-Up Visit

Perfect for reviewing your overall plan, addressing multiple concerns, updating your direction, or diving deeper into education on your health topics.

Good also if you have not been in to see Paige in over a year!

I need a standard check-in on my progress

Book: Follow-Up Visit (30 minutes)

Ideal for regular progress checks, asking questions about your plan or things you've seen online, discussing new symptoms, or getting accountability and reassurance.

I just need quick accountability or have a brief question after a recent appointment

Book: Review and Education Appointment (15 minutes) - FREE

A complimentary touchpoint between appointments to keep you on track, answer quick questions, or provide encouragement. Not intended as a full follow-up.

I have a new or urgent health concern that needs prompt attention

Book: Acute Appointment

For one specific issue that has come up and needs timely assessment and guidance.

Still unsure? When in doubt, book a Follow-Up Visit or reach out with your question, and we can guide you to the right appointment type
